Employee Spotlight: Davis Hoffman

Davis Hoffman is inspired by the opportunity to lead AIM House as its Clinical Director, a role that brings together many of the values and experiences that define him. AIM House represents the integration of creative expression, holistic mental health, and empowerment through education and career development—areas Davis deeply values. He feels aligned with its mission of supporting young adults during pivotal life transitions, offering a space where both clients and staff can grow authentically.

For Davis, the most rewarding part of being a therapist is witnessing clients’ moments of profound self-discovery and growth. Building trust and guiding individuals through challenges allows him to support them as they uncover their strengths and align with their true selves. These transformative moments are the foundation of his passion for the work.

In his role at AIM House, Davis strives to enhance therapeutic practices, foster collaboration among team members, and ensure the program remains a sanctuary for young adults seeking purpose and independence. His overarching goal is to create an environment where both clients and staff can thrive, supported by innovation, empowerment, and meaningful connection.

Outside of work, Davis embraces creativity and physical activity as key aspects of his well-being. He enjoys improv comedy, playing piano, attempting pottery, cooking, and exploring new books. He stays active by running, skiing, and working out at the YMCA, continually seeking new ways to embody a felt sense of his physical capacity. At home, Davis shares his life with two beloved rescue cats, Kris Kross and Applesauce.

Family is another central part of Davis’s life. Despite living far from his loved ones, he cherishes opportunities to reconnect with his parents, brother, five sisters, three brothers-in-law, and his newly born niece. These connections keep him grounded and remind him of the importance of community, both in his personal and professional life.

Davis’s leadership is defined by compassion, innovation, and a commitment to fostering growth for others. At AIM House, he looks forward to creating opportunities for young adults to build meaningful lives while continuing his own journey of personal and professional growth.
